General Terms and Conditions (GTC) / Rental Conditions
By booking, you agree to the following general terms and conditions.
Cancellation conditions
- Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 7 days before arrival.
- If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, the full price will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the entire booking amount will also be due.
Arrival & Departure
Arrival: The apartment will be available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Please let us know your expected arrival time in Undeloh in advance.
Key handover: We usually meet you personally on-site to hand over the keys. We will let you know in advance of your arrival whether we will be there for your arrival.
If a personal handover isn't possible, you'll receive a unique access code for our Nuki Smart Lock via email one day before your arrival. This allows you to enter the apartment contactlessly and flexibly between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
