Arrival and departure
Arrival & Departure Arrival: The apartment is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. . Key handover:
We usually meet you personally on site and hand over the key directly to you.
Alternative arrival with Nuki Smart Lock: If you prefer a flexible and independent arrival, no problem:
The day before your arrival, we will send you an email with a unique code for our Nuki door lock. This allows you to enter the apartment contactlessly – without a fixed handover time. The access code is valid from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Departure: On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the accommodation by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
Questions or special requests? If you have special arrival times or other requests, please contact us in advance. We will try to make everything possible.

Is there parking at the holiday apartment?
Yes, there are 2 guest parking spaces directly in front of the house.

Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation and included in the price.

Can bicycles be stored?
Yes, of course! We have a dedicated, weatherproof bike shed for your bikes, where you can park them safely and conveniently.

Is there equipment for children (e.g., crib, high chair)?
Upon request, we are happy to provide a crib, bed guard, and high chair. Please let us know in advance what you may need.

What kind of coffee machine is available in the apartments?
We want you to enjoy your coffee exactly the way you like it. You can choose from a drip coffee maker, a French press, a stovetop espresso maker (Bialetti), and an espresso machine. Just let us know which option you prefer – we’ll be happy to provide it.

Is there Wi-Fi in the apartments?
Yes, all apartments are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi – perfect for surfing and streaming in a relaxed setting.

Can we bring our dog?
Dogs are very welcome here! Please let us know when booking so we can prepare everything for your furry friend. Right outside the door, you'll find plenty of walking paths through the woods and heath.
