  • Arrival and departure:

    Arrival & Departure Arrival: The apartment is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please let us know when you will arrive in Undeloh so that we can prepare everything optimally for your arrival. Key handover: We usually meet you personally on site and hand over the key directly to you. Alternative arrival with Nuki Smart Lock: If you prefer a flexible and independent arrival, no problem: The day before your arrival, we will send you an email with a unique code for our Nuki door lock. This allows you to enter the apartment contactlessly – without a fixed handover time. The access code is valid from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Departure: On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the accommodation by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Questions or special requests? If you have special arrival times or other requests, please contact us in advance. We will try to make everything possible.

  • Is there parking at the holiday apartment

    Yes, there are 2 guest parking spaces directly in front of the house.

  • Are bed linen and towels provided

    Yes, bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation and included in the price.

  • Can bicycles be stored

    Yes, of course! We have a dedicated, weatherproof bike shed for your bikes, where you can park them safely and conveniently.
